ABOUT KETTNER CROSSING
BRIDGE Housing, in partnership with the County of San Diego, is bringing 63 new affordable apartment homes to San Diego's Little Italy neighborhood in Summer of 2025. The 8-story building will offer studios, one-, and two-bedroom apartments to households with all members aged 62+. Kettner Crossing is a 100% affordable community and will be available to households earning 30-50% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
Kettner Crossing is a transit-oriented development that is situated along the San Diego Trolley line and is just a short walk to Waterfront Park, retail, dining, and services. Planned amenities include a BBQ Area, Community Room, onsite laundry, resident services office, bicycle storage, and additional flex use space.
